We have a 7-day return policy, which means return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

Returns Conditions

   Items must meet the following conditions to qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed. Items must not be marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions, perfumes etc.
  • Items must have all tags attached and clear garment packaging with SKU label.
  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date. 
  • Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
    • Note: Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.

    Returns Shipping

    • Return shipping is the your (customer's) responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
    • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

        Damages and Issues

        Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

        Refund

        Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
