We have a 7-day return policy, which means return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

Items must meet the following conditions to qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed. Items must not be marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions, perfumes etc.
- Items must have all tags attached and clear garment packaging with SKU label.
- Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Note: Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.

- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
